FOURTH OF JULY!

 We started out the day with attending the Pet Parade!  We got there early so we could find a nice spot in the shade.  The boys enjoyed watching all of the pets and people dressed up and enjoyed this special Bend tradition.

 Even August enjoyed the parade!

 Really hard to see but there is a DOG attached to the bottom of those balloons.  The famous flying dog!

 After the parade we entered the kid zone and the boys picked a game to play. 

 The afternoon was spent making cupcakes for the parties we would attend later in the evening.

 Our first stop was the Haughts!  The boys had a blast playing with the kids and running many many races!

 Greg is always a hit with the kids and the boys were able to wrestle and play tough with him.  I'm sure they will not forget it!  Let's hope they don't practice their new skills on their friends!

 Next we went to the Chases where the boys were able to play with fireworks!  I'm not sure how we felt about it but after seeing their faces, we couldn't say no.  They had so much fun!

This would be the latest the boys had ever stayed up and when we got home we realized the boys had a front row seat to the towns fireworks from their bedroom window.  Such a fun day!
