My best friend from CO came for a quick trip that turned into a week and it was so wonderful having her here with us. With so many things to do and see I picked one of our favorites for her to experience with us! Proxy Falls is just the perfect choice!

The best part of this hike is not actually the falls but hiking down into them and exploring the gorgeous landscape at the bottom.

It shows my aging face but also the joy I felt on this day. Sharing this special place and memories with Julie and the boys was wonderful.
