Trip Home Part 5: TETONS, JENNY LAKE, AND JACKSON HOLE

We woke up at Jackson Lake and took a little walk down to the water.  WOW is all I can say.
The Tetons are breathtaking.
It's always wonderful to watch the boys play by the water but with this view it was extraordinary;)

The boys found sticks and a feather to "paint" the rocks with.
Canyon continues to amaze us with what he can do with just one arm:)

My special heart painted by Canyon.
A beautiful morning we had.  Our next stop...Jenny Lake.
Just another animal we saw on our way:)
August stuck to his schedule with his naps which was such a blessing on this trip.
Such a little rock star traveler.
More spectacular views of the Tetons.

We stopped at Jenny Lake to take a fun little hike.
Greg and I hope our boys will be able to attend fun climbing schools and NOLS when they get older.
I envision our 18 year old boys standing near this sign someday getting ready for their first day of climbing school:)
Never a dull moment with these two!
 Back country three wheeling.
After our hike we drove to Jackson Hole, WY and found an awesome raw and vegan cafe to have lunch.  We did the tourist thing and walked around downtown and bought t-shirts for the boys:)
We definitely enjoyed eating out while visiting these fun towns;)  We had some great burgers for dinner at "The Bird" and finished our day with a nice evening drive.

 Jenny Lake
Another Jenny Lake out of order:)
After our burgers we drove up Moose Road in hopes to see some animals.
We were so fortunate to see some elk on our way.
And even spotted this beautiful moose.  It was the one animal I wanted to see during our travels.
I could have watched her for hours.  Such a beautiful animal.

On our way back into town we saw another elk.  A full day of awesomeness!
We left Monday morning and had a big day of driving to Boise, ID.  We went downtown and had a nice dinner and went to bed!  It would be our last night of sleeping in the RV before heading HOME.  What an awesome adventure I will never forget.  A lifetime of memories in just 6 short weeks of being gone.
