Our adventure to Lucky Lake started out a little rough since this tree on our route was just too much for Sawyer to handle. His brother was determined to get him through it since he wasn't about to leave him behind. When Greg and I started walking off (knowing he could crawl right under it) Canyon started crying thinking we were leaving Sawyer behind (Love and Logic style). It was pretty cute:)
Once we managed to dry the tears we had a ton of fun.
Lucky Lake is a short mile hike with some elevation to get there.
We found a little spot to take our shoes off and play in the cold water for a bit.
It's always fun watching what they will discover in such a small spot.
August enjoyed his time too.
The water is such a beautiful color and very clear.

And the fun began!! Sawyer fell off about 3 times and cried every time but always got right back on for more!
So much fun!!
