What the bleep was I thinking!

Having weekdays off as our weekend is a blessing because we typically have most places to ourselves.  I knew with school being out today (Friday) I was taking a risk but I didn't want to miss out on a free opportunity for the boys to build a fun craft.  So the story begins...
As I pulled up to the DD Ranch, I was a little stunned to see the amount of cars and how far away I had to park.  I got my mind right and pressed on with a smile on my face!
We got there right on time so we were able to get a nice spot and the boys picked what they wanted to build and the fun began.
August wasn't too impressed by the amount of pounding noises going on so he decided it would be fun to make his own noise and scream during this super fun process...insert sarcasm.
Since God blessed me with massive amounts of patients I calmly nursed August in one arm as I assisted Sawyer in holding a nail in the other hoping he wouldn't hammer my finger off.
Canyon didn't need any help at all which was amazing.  He followed the directions and made a perfect car all by himself...much nicer than the one Sawyer and me did together:)
The boys also received a lego set they were able to put together after working on their cars.
It really only took about 10 minutes of pure insanity before things started to be just fine.  This little one cheered up after a little snack
And then our friends showed up so that made it better too:)
In the end the boys had a blast and me?...I didn't even have a tantrum!
 Worth it?
Yep!
