Our first week with Grandma started out saying goodbye to our cousins Dominic, Breanna, and Delaney and then meeting a bunch more relatives. We were invited to an April birthday party for my aunt Shirley's family. It was wonderful seeing everyone.
August and Grandma have been spending lots of snuggle time together.
Aunt Shirley, mom's big sister:)
We are getting into a routine with school again and lots of play time. Puzzles have been big this week:)
And wherever my boys go, there are LEGOS to follow. The boys have taken over a section of Grandmas house they now call their playroom.
Grandma trying to show Canyon how SHE puts together a puzzle.
The boys also met Aunt Colleen and her daughter Connie (pictured) and Connie's grandaughter Maddie.
Maddie and Sawyer were born on the same day. Is she not the cutest!!!??
The boy's had a ton of fun playing with Maddie.
She is not afraid to be in charge of these boys!
We look forward to playing with her again soon!
Cheese!
My handsome middle man!
The boys have been cooped up in the house due to the rain so it has been nice getting out and finding fun things to do in Becker.
We found a little park with a skate park attached and the boys had a ton of fun running around on the ramps.
Boys!
August loves to watch his brothers.
That look.
That smile:)
Friday night we met Gary (mom's nephew) and Jill out for dinner. A beautiful couple and pro grandparents!
My mom's family is too big to even begin to explain but it sure is the biggest blessing to have so many people love her.
Saturday (today) we went to the Community Center and checked out a Truck and Vehicle show they were having. The boys were in heaven climbing into all the trucks. Police car above:)
Garbage truck!
Emergency helicopter
Co Pilot
After looking at all the trucks we went inside and bounced in the little bounce house and did a little art project. What a great little outing.
August has been a little under the weather but as always a trooper.
Our first week has been an adjustment for all of us but things are going well. Grandma has been tired this week and bummed that her 3rd week wasn't better. Monday will be her 3rd round of chemo and we hope she will have more good days than bad this time. Thankful to be here with her.
